Spiritual Direction
All of us – every human heart is filled with on innate longing to discover who we are. I’ll walk by your side, bearing witness to your personal experience.
Spiritual direction is not about ‘fixing’ you or your perceived problems
“Remember, you are whole; you are perfect already”We bring our whole life to spiritual direction. Life itself is like the ocean, at times calm, you’ll experience joy, contentment, smiles, and laughter. Other times there are storms, in which we may experience loss, betrayal, fear, shame, or guilt…To name but a few.
My role as your mentor will be nothing more than having your back while supporting you to navigate your own lifeboat safely towards the shore – to the center of yourself.
– On your Journey you will remember times when you knew, when you felt “at One with the Universe.”
– It is in this remembering where we feel closely connected with the Divine.
– You will experience a profound shift as you enter an intimate relationship with the Source,
as it’s Life-Force fills your entire being.

Holistic-Intuitive Counselling
We take the soul rather than the mind as the starting point for achieving balance. Taking a holistic approach we eliminate separation, duality and we’ll create a balance between Spirit – Body – Mind – Heart
– Working in a space of unconditional, positive regard
– Facing our “small self” – unearthing the Hidden/Shadow/Ego aspects of our unconscious minds which dictates our habitual behavioural patterns, our survival mechanisms, that are not serving our “Highest Potential”
– We come together to shift from a place of predisposed Ego to a space of Wisdom and Wholeness.
– All our relationship problems arise out of a universal, core wounding around love that affects our personal relationships and the quality of life in our world as a whole.
– Together we embark on a Healing and Transformative Journey, integrating psychological and Spiritual work.

Inspirational speakers are often the heroes, the visionaries, and the dreamers whose life experiences and personal trials are testimonials to the human spirit. They are storytellers that draw their audience in and relate to them on a deep emotional level.
My personal experiences, trials, and insights were laid bare in many of my works. However, my joy, passion for life, laughter, and tears always led me towards the light. My love for the ancient tradition of storytelling takes its natural course – takes center stage as I connect with the audience.
Storytelling is the bridge through which connection is made by each individual. In each of our lives, we may experience tragedy, challenges yet if we take our Ego-self out of the equation, we cannot fail but see the abundance of opportunity and possibility. One lesson life has taught me;
“Do not take yourself so seriously”
Using all of my experiences, you may hear me telling you the story of how I killed a spider, and believe it or not, as a consequence, I ended up on a four-day silent retreat because I couldn’t stop crying over what I’d done. I may share with you, that while walking the Camino and unpacking my backpack on a dusty road – leaving behind my most valued and expensive hiking boots – filled with panic and regret I found myself sitting in the dirt crying and asking for my boots to be returned… It was then that my inner wisdom voice whispered in a firm yet gentle tone;
“What you have put down does not belong to you any longer”
In telling our personal Story we experience moments of deep Insights and Wisdom in at times the most ridiculous or tragic of situations.In using all of your experiences, you too may feel inspired to look Beyond the Veil and see the Extraordinary Being you already are and the Extraordinary Life you are born to live.
